A Midsummer Night’s Dream, one of William Shakespeare’s most popular comedies, is the 28th Shakespeare in the Park production presented by Rochester Community Players (RCP) and the Monroe County Parks Department at the Highland Park Bowl.
A fanciful tale of fairies, love, mistaken identities, magic, and mix-ups provides a relaxing summer evening that will have audiences laughing and send them home smiling.
Performances are July 11-26, 2025, every night except Mondays and Tuesdays beginning at 8:00 p.m. ASL-interpreted performances are Saturday, July 12 and Sunday, July 13.
Due to excessive heat and thunderstorms on the radar, the performance for Wednesday, July 16, has been cancelled.
The necessary cancellation of any performance due to weather conditions will be posted here and on RCP’s Facebook page.
